My order from February 9th (Order 3852200) is still listed as Pending.
Can someone go down and whip the goblins to get this out the door?

Hi Mike,
The goblins are workin' as fast as they can! I've taken a look and it seems that your order is on a packing list in the warehouse, so the goblins should be getting their devious lil' hands on it any time now. Once they've processed it for shipping, you'll get a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.
