In May, I placed order 3576057 for several Classics maps, including the Ship map. While I have received all of the other maps in my order, the ship is still sitting in my Sidecart. The map became available in June 2015, and I would like it shipped. Now, please.
I have tried to go into the my account screen and selected Ship It Now, but that option wants me to pay for the order a second time. I have tried to call customer service, but get the answering system and a message that the voicemail is full.

Hi William,
I'm very sorry to hear that your Ship map was stuck! I've checked into your account, which looks like it had the item in your sidecart, even though you don't have any subscriptions to send it with. I've moved it to it's own order now, and marked it with free shipping to apologize for the delay.
Since we do not finalize charges for items until the product is processed for shipping, you have not yet paid for the map itself. I've attached your most recent payment method to the order, and I'll send you a confirmation email to look over to verify that everything is correct. If anything needs to be changed, just let me know and I"ll get it taken care of.
