I had some issues with the order page not working, and so I got three emails for the same order. I'm just hoping I didn't get charged 3 times (or buy the same item 3 times). Can you please confirm?

Hi Kavingi,

Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that you received the multiple confirmation emails because of a bug in our system. It looks like you did have one extra authorization because our system declined the card the first time, due to an Address Verification issue. However, that should be resolved now so you've got one open authorization which should finalize when the product is shipped.

I'll go ahead and issue a reversal request for the authorization that was stopped due to the address problem, so you should see those funds released back to your account within 1 - 5 business days, depending on your bank.
