The primary henchmen in 1-6B, the Duergar Cultists, are of type Barrier. Their powers list no negative consequence for failing to defeat them. So if I fail a check to defeat the Duergar Cultists, nothing happens to me. I just shuffle the henchman back into the location deck.
Is this intended? It seems a bit cushy for adventure 6. Should this henchman be of type Monster?
