It doesn't look like the Rusty Dragon Bar case incentive for my Pathfinder Battles subscription was ever shipped. Is it what's holding up my other subscription items? If so, when can I expect the lot to be shipped?

Hi Kalindlara,

Thanks for letting us know! I took a peek into your order, and it's showing that the Bar was sent out on the same day as your Rusty Dragon Inn case, so it should already be on the way to you. You should have received a shipping confirmation on the 4th, with a tracking link.

According to the tracking info, the shipment information was received by a post office in MI on the 9th. Sometimes it can take a few days after that transfer, but generally the items still show up a day or two later. If you still haven't received it by the weekend, just let us know and we can take a closer look for you.

As for your subscriptions, it just looks like those are still waiting in the shipping queue, but there isn't anything holding them up so they should be good to go once the warehouse reaches them in line.
