in a scenario like 7-10 in wich the players are encouraged to do only 2 of the first encounters, do you substract the gold from the other scenario from the total?
also, the same question for a scenario (like 7-01) in wich players could skip the need to do 1 of the fist 3 task by a succes in a skill check.
do they lost gold by been successful?

If they skip the encounter by running away or some other means, you deduct the gold. If they suceed by a creative way, even if they don't have to fight, they get the gold. It's in the PFS Guide under "rewarding creating solutions".
Yeah that would work for the 7-01 scenario where you aren't actually avoiding the encounter but doing a simpler one in exchange. 7-10 is a bit odd because the scenario is written to do only two of the three encounters. I guess his question is how does that one affect the gold distribution because you can't do all 3 encounters.

7-10 assumes that you do two of the three missions. The gold totals add up so that if you do 2 of the 3, you get full gold. Delroya insists that the PCs only do two missions, and the scenario states on page 7 that the PCs gain no benefits from doing a third task (this includes not gaining gold or item access on the Chronicle sheet).
