This is a CORE campaign game.
Almost all Pathfinders undergo extensive training for three or more years to learn the tricks of the trade, and their last test before graduating from the ranks of the initiates to the status of a full Pathfinder agent is the Confirmation, a special research project that involves considerable fieldwork and is designed to simulate the initiates' future work as a Pathfinder. Even the noteworthy field commissioned agents sometimes participate in such trials as a way to familiarize themselves with the Pathfinder Society’s rules and expectations. Although Confirmation is typically an individual affair, the society recently discovered a site on the Isle of Kortos that would be perfect for initiates but perhaps too dangerous to handle alone. Successfully uncovering this site’s secrets will not only contribute to the society’s body of knowledge but shape the exciting careers ahead for each of the prospective agents.

There's no specific guide that I'm aware of.
Signing up on Warhorn is pretty straightforward, just remember that after registering for a particular GM's set of events that you'll have to actually add yourself to any particular event for that GM.
Roll20 isn't all that complicated but does require some time to get used to setting up macros. The site has some great (Wiki) documentation to help you get started. Plus, the players will help you get on your feet as well. When it gets closer to the game day, I'll send out a Roll20 link so you can set up your macros for your character for that particular game. However, you can simply create your own Roll20 game after you sign up and play around with macro creation and testing them on your own.
You'll need to have a headset and microphone. Most games use Google+ Video Hangouts (just turn off the video part after you click on the link that's sent out just before the game).
