Can't Place an Order

I've got an item in my shopping cart but every time i click "Place Your Order" it spins, stays on the same page, https://secure.paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/wa/checkout, but the graphics of "1 Shopping Cart " and "check mark Confirm Order" disappear

I can't get it to go past this!!!

edit: I'm on firefox 44 and it also does the same thing on ie 11
