I received an e-mail that this shipped two weeks ago. There is no tracking and I have not received the package. Did this ship and is now lost, or was that e-mail sent prematurely? I believe I have already been charged for the items.

Hello Jason,

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it looks like it was shipped on the 12th, and the last scan by the UPS was on the 23rd. I know that with Mail Innovations, there can sometimes be a delay of a couple of days when the shipment is transferred between the UPS and the USPS, but generally when this happens we see the shipment show up a few days later.

I would say for the time being to just wait another day or two to see if this is the case. If you still haven't seen the shipment by the end of the week, just let us know and we'll be glad to get a replacement sent your way.
