I placed this order coming up on a week ago. Yes, I get it there was a weekend and a holiday in there, and it's five hours shy of a week still, and early in the day, and, and, and.
I'm just asking, in case something's broken, because it's been unusually long, and because when I placed the order it took forever (maybe three minutes) to actually process, and I got two confirmation e-mails back-to-back. Unusual.
So yeah, if everything's okay, it's not a rush. If it's broken, a gentle nudge would be appreciated.

It looks like the order is being held up because we are waiting for the Battlestar Galactica items to reach us from the distributor. Those have a listed estimate of 4 - 18 business days to reach our warehouse, and then the order can go out once we receive them. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
If you'd like to get the rest of your items on the way, I can split it up and put the BG things either into their own order or into your sidecart. Otherwise, I can cancel them from the order altogether if you'd like. Just let me know what you'd prefer, and I'll go ahead and get that taken care of as quickly as I can.
As for the confirmation email, that's just a display issue that our system has been struggling with recently. It should just be a duplicate email and you should only be charged once for the order. Since we don't actually charge for items until they're processed for shipping, your charge won't actually finalize until then.
