So i put in an order with bestiary 5 as a PDF but its not showing up in my downloads (most likely due to a previous issue i had last fall with a gift).
I also got two confirmation emails, which i assume is a glitch, and not indicative of a double charge.

Looks like it was the previous gift issue that was tangling things up a bit, but that should be all sorted out now. You should be able to see the Bestiary 5 PDF in your downloads. :)
Also, we have been having an issue with duplicate confirmation emails, but it's just a display glitch so you should not have been charged twice. If it looks like you were, just let us know and we can do some investigating. Don't hesitate to ask if there are any other questions you have in the meantime.
