Hello Runnetib,

We have had some issues recently with our system sending out duplicate confirmation emails, but luckily it's just a display glitch and the orders are not actually going through multiple times.

I've taken a look, and it seems that this is the case with your order as well, I see the items in your sidecart, and so far you have only been charged for the PDF portion of the bundle. (The holiday16 discount should come off the order total, but if it did not discount the PDF correctly when the whole order ships, just let me know and I should be able to fix that.)

Feel free to take a look over the subscription confirmation email when you receive it, and let me know if anything needs to be corrected. Otherwise, I will be more than happy to help with any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.
