Hi, just wanted to check in on this order, 3744994. I know it got delayed because of PF 100, but isn't that out now? Should this have shipped? Is there a problem with the order? Will it be delayed to ship with the next PF adventure(s; 101 and 102 are both dropping this month, right)? That'd probably be preferable to combine shipping, actually. But, anyway, I was wondering what was up.
I did change the payment method on it today, in case that affects it going forward.

Thanks so much for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that it is stuck because there was an inventory problem and we no longer have any non-mint copies of Andorran, Birthplace of Freedom in our warehouse.
In order to get things moving, I could either swap out that book for a mint copy, or remove it altogether. Just reply to confirm what you'd prefer, and I can get your order going right away. If you'd prefer to have these items shipped with your January subscriptions (since we'll be generating those orders on Friday), then just let me know and I can arrange for that as well.

Thanks for getting back to me! I've canceled the Andoran book from your order, and moved everything else into your sidecart to be sent out with your next subscription shipment.
The order is still over the $100 mark before this month's subscriptions are put in it, so you'll get the First Ten discount regardless. :) Once you get your confirmation email to let you know that this month's order has been generated, just take a look at it to make sure that everything is correct, and I'll be happy to poke things back into place if they get shaken up.
