Take a look at its second power ... evade a barrier ([] or monster) then you may move. There's it's flight capability: evade then fly to a new location.

IIRC, Valendron also kind of had a flying ability, at least on one of his role cards.

btw, MyFly, just because a card doesn't say "flight" or something similar doesn't mean the power isn't implying that power of flight. Since flight is not a defined ability or skill, it needs to be interpreted in terms of movement.
