Hey, I bought Kineticists of Porphyra a few minutes ago, but when I attempted to download it, the page would simply refresh, and *say* it'd been downloaded, but actually hadn't. Also, the rest of my downloads seem to be behaving just fine. Is there a way to solve this? Thanks!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I've just talked with our Digital Content Director, and it seems that there was an issue with the file earlier which has now been fixed. You should be able to download it correctly now.
