Thanks for bringing this to our attention! It looks like that was the case - GM Gems must have either moved out of the sidecart before it was ready, or there was a problem with inventory after it was moved. I'm sorry for the mixup!
I've moved GM Gems back into your sidecart, and the rest of your order should be ready to go now. Once our warehouse reaches it in the queue, it should be good to go and you'll get a confirmation email.
