Onieromancy or dream sorcery

What class would do this best? I'm going to be introducing it into the.campaign I'm running, but wondering how best to do it. It will be mostly npc's with it, but I'd like to make it really mess with them. Suggestions?

The Psychic is probably your best bet. There's even a "Dream" discipline which would be perfect fit. Take a look at Occult Adventures, there's some neat stuff in there about the dimension of dreams and mindscapes, which are probably exactly what you're looking for.
