I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with customs for your shipment, but unfortunately your order was sent out internationally via Mail Innovations, which means that we do not have tracking information for it. Currently, the only shipping method that is trackable internationally is UPS International. (For a list of which shipping methods we use, check out our shipping FAQ here.)
Again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. If you'd like, we can email you a copy of the packing list that would have been put into the box, but it is very similar to what you would have received as a confirmation email.
