Order Pending Error

Hey there,

I've been subscribed to the Pathfinder Monthly AP and am having an issue paying for the order in that any card I use gets declined. I have checked with my bank and they have no issues with paying. Any advice on how to fix the transaction error would be appreciated.

Thanks for letting us know! I took a peek into your subscription order, and it looks like the error message we're receiving is that the card is not passing the Address Verification System check.

Sorry about the slow response, I'm currently going through finals week over here. I'm fairly certain the issue I'm having is that, no matter which browser, I am not being prompt for my CCV information. I'll give Customer Service a call today but just wanting to let you know.
