Hi there

I put this order in on Nov 3 for my husband's Christmas Pressie.

Living in Australia, it is getting very close to the date where it won't arrive by Christmas.

After the fact I realised it was a 15-45 day at warehouse item. I was wondering if there is any way to find out if it is going to be shipped soon?

Hi Sanwah,

Thanks for letting us know about this! It looks like we still have not received the shipment from our manufacturer, so unfortunately I don't have a very exact estimate for when we'll be able to ship it out. Since the long end of the 45 business day estimate would put it arriving on January 8th, there is a chance that it won't make it to us before Christmas.

I'm sorry that I can't give you more exact estimates, but shipping times can vary greatly, especially at this time of year. If you decide that you'd rather not risk the wait, then I'd be more than happy to help you alter the order or find something that is already in stock in our warehouse to make sure that it's sent out as soon as possible. Just let me know how I can help!

In the meantime, I'd be more than happy to address any questions or concerns that you may have.
