I checked the estimated shipping and handling for this order a few days ago and it was in the range of $8.00-$9.00. The order had now spawned with $20.31 for shipping and handling. This seems excessively large for one book. Can you check into what is going on?

After looking at this for a while, I assume I am being charged for shipping, in addition to Pathfinder #100, for a Bestiary V, which is appearing in order 3734431 as a hardback, despite being purchased in order 3775875 as a pdf. There's a note that the Bestiary is being transferred from order 3226993 in which I subscribed to Role Playing Game, but said subscription was cancelled before Bestiary V was released.

Thank you for letting us know about this! It looks like your order #3734431 had USPS First-Class set for the shipping method, which may have been left over from when the Bestiary was still there. Bestiary 5 was canceled off the order back in October, so if you're seeing that on your order history, it should say "canceled" somewhere near it.
I've changed your shipping back to Standard Post, which should only be $7.88. You should be receiving an updated confirmation email in just a moment, so take a look at that and make sure everything looks okay. If anything still needs to be changed, just let me know and I'll be glad to take care of it.
