Misprinted product - Bestiary 1 pawn box

Hello,

I have bought a Bestiary 1 Pawn Box through a third party (I live in Europe) and the product is misprinted. It goes from Drow Warrior (B1 70) to Hell Hound (B1 92) - so one page is missing - and the page from Hell Hound to Orc Warrior (B1 110) is printed twice and mirrored (so the second page has the Dire Ape printed across 2 medium sized pawns and one Orc Warrior and a Nymph printed across one Large sized pawn).

Considering that I didn't buy this directly from Paizo (shipping rates make this prohibitively expensive), is there anything that can be done from your side?

Hi Kittenmancer,

Thanks for letting us know! It sounds like the page you're missing is from 71 (Dryad) to 91 (Harpy), including 140 (Ankheg). I can definitely set up a replacement for that to be sent out to you.

I just wanted to clarify a few things on the other page that you mentioned. Did you receive two copies of the Hell Hound page, and only one of them is misprinted? Or do you need a replacement for that one as well? Just let me know and I'll be glad to get the ball rolling. In the meantime, if you'd like to send a photo of the misprint to customer.service@paizo.com, then we can make sure to pass that along.

Yes, I did receive two pages of the Hell Hound page and one is misprinted, so I do not need a replacement for that.
