Bounty of Spring-Heeled Jack

I was wondering if there was a set bounty in Ustalav for the head(or any other part including his beloved knife) For Spring-Heeled Jack. My fourth level paladin encountered him in the woods while on watch for the camp im at and Jack decided he wanted to make his next target me, which ended in me cleaving off his head (lucky dice rolls in blind fight with a greatsword) And I was told by a traveling circus ringleader that his head might go for a pretty penny at any of the major cities. What city should I bring his head to for a decent bounty or does it really matter?

Seriously, though... Going to the NEAREST city would be appropriate.

Travelling for some time to reach the largest city to get the largest reward you can is also known as, "greed."

Or simply following supply and demand. Any city with the biggest bounty would have had the biggest issues with Jack and happy to know for sure he/it is dead.

"Greedy" is preserving it and taking it on a grand tour collecting the bounty from every town and city.

And how appropriate claiming a bounty would depend on the deity, a Paladin of Abadar is almost bound to get the best deal.
