We Be Goblins! question

Adventures

Hi,

I'm new to Pathfinder, and I read the "We Be Goblins" adventure. It sounds so fun!

I want to run this adventure with my two boys ( 9 & 11 yrs), but the text says: "...is a Pathfinder Module designed for four 1st-level goblin characters".
Do I have remove something from the game so it fits with two players, or can I just run the game as it is?

Thanks :)

The adventure will be a lot more dangerous with only two adventurers. I'd suggest having the other two goblin characters taking part, but under your control. (This makes more work for you, of course.)

There are other options - you could make your players control two characters each. Or they could control one goblin directly, but roll the dice and track the hit points for another.

Or you could make the encounters less dangerous somehow - give all the enemies reduced hit points and damage rolls.

You could let them run it using the level 3 goblins from we be goblins 2. I'm not sure if that will make things too easy. If you are more familiar with the rules, you could level them up to level 2 yourself. Or you could instead give them the advanced template:

Quote:
+2 on all rolls (including damage rolls) and special ability DCs; +4 to AC and CMD; +2 hp/HD.
