I'm confused as to what's going on w/my subscription order this month.
When I check my My Account Status, I see I still have one Pending order:

However, I received the following e-mail today:
"Dear Rich,
A package containing 1 item from Paizo Order #3760264 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, November 13 via USPS Priority Mail, estimated 2 to 5 business days in transit.
Shipping Address:
[REDACTED]
The following products are included in this shipment:
1 x Pathfinder Player Companion: Weapon Master's Handbook (PFRPG)
This order has been processed and finalized for shipment. It can no longer be altered."
Also, only the Weapon Master's Handbook download appears in My Downloads.

UPDATE: According to the order detail page here ( https://secure.paizo.com/paizo/account/orders/v5748a8i462yw ), my monthly subscription was split into two orders (Bestiary 5, Pawns, and Occult Realms in one box, Weapon Masters HB in another), and I was charged shipping separately for each.
Any idea what's going on? I'm pretty sure I selected the "Hold for 1 Monthly Shipment" option, and there was plenty of room for a 32pp folio in the box I got today.

Hello Rich,
Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your account, and it seems that the shipment was split into 2 packages because you have USPS Priority selected as your default shipping method. It looks like in this case, Standard Post or UPS Ground would have been able to fit into one box, but Priority could not. I'm sorry for any confusion that this may have caused!
For future subscription orders, you should be able to see in your confirmation email whether or not the shipment is expected to be sent in one package or separate packages. If you want to change the shipping method before an order is shipped, we'll be glad to help you with that.
