unable to complete online purchase

Hello and Good Day.

I am having difficulties completing an online purchase of PDFs in my shopping cart from the Paizo.com store.

The website has declined my credit card and is either repeatedly doing so or blocking any further attempt.

I have confirmed that there is not a problem with the card itself or my credit and have repeatedly confirmed the credit card information added to my Account.

But I am still unable to check out my intended purchases and quite frankly the whole process seems rather 'buggy'.

Hi there,

Thank you for letting us know about this! After taking a look into your account, it looks like our card processor is declining the card because the Postal Code is missing from your billing address. Once you add that in there, it should be good to go!

If you enter it and the order is still being stubborn, just let me know and I should be able to get it to cooperate. Otherwise, I'd be happy to answer any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.

Thank you for your most helpful assistance, Katina.

However the system is still VERY fussy; I had to repeat the process four times in order to finally get it go thru..on top of the eight or so times I attempted to do so earlier today..but it did finally go thru.

I enjoy Paizo products and I am most grateful for the excellent customer service.....but the overall frustration and time wasted over what should besuch a simple transaction has left a very sour taste in my mouth.

I strongly urge this company to replace the existing system.
