Sorry for the late response, but I think the reason for the deafening silence is because this is way over powered. If you look at other VMCs, you'll see that what they get is roughly equal in power to what a feat grants you. So my first comment (I'll stick to just Kineticist for this reply) is that there's simply no way that the Kinetic Blast is a VMC option, unless you limit it to 1d6. Maybe at 11th or 15th level, upgrade to 2d6.

More importantly though, people don't VMC for the offense/defense of the VMC class, it's for some bonuses sure, but more for something they can't do that fits their characters theme. Anyone that's going to VMC into a Kineticist is going to be doing so for the Utility powers... At best, 1st level is elemental focus of course, 3rd level is the basic kinesis of that element, 7th level is maybe the defense, but as if your class was several levels lower (likely 6 levels lower). not until 11th level would you even get that 1st utility wild talent. , and it would only be a level 1 wild talent, 15th and 19th levels maybe would be the ability to use burn if their 1 talent allows or a 2nd utility wild talent (1st level), or a 1d6+1 kinetic blast...

If you really wanted to allow for kinetic blast, it'd be 1d6 at 3rd level, 7th level maybe a +1 to damage and to-hit, 11th level An infusion which requires Burn but only once a day, and never a way to offset that burn, 15th level maybe 2d6+2 and 19th level the potential to take the burn a number of times a day equal to half their Con modifier (still with only the 1 infusion, or maybe a 2nd level 1 infusion instead of multiple burns per day).

You make a fair point. I'll rework that one. Any others need work or is that one it?

I can only comment on the classes I know, so the only other one I can comment on is the Occultist. I think what you have there almost perfectly mirrors my own found somewhere on this thread: HERE I did Resonant before Base, and an option at 15th level to take a 2nd implement...(which could be a bad idea as I also show).

My Post:

Occultist
A character who chooses Occultist as his secondary class gains the following secondary class features.

Implement: At 3rd level he learns a single Implement School from those available to an Occultist gaining access only to the Resonant Power of that implement. He gains a pool of mental focus equal to his character level plus his Int modifier. His effective Occultist level for his Implement powers is his character level -6.

Base Focus Power: At 7th level, he gains access to the base focus power for the implement he is attuned to. His effective Occultist level for this is his character level -6.

Focus Power: At 11th level he learns a focus power from his chosen implement school, this focus power can be any that an Occultist of his character level could learn.

Improved Focus Power: At 15th level he can choose to either gain another Focus Power, as the 11th level feature, or select a 2nd Implement gaining both the Resonant Power and Base Focus Power of that Implement. His effective Occultist level for effects of these is equal to his character level -6.

Greater Focus Power: At 19th level he learns a focus power from a known implement school, this focus power can be any that an occultist of his character level could learn, but his Occultist level is his character level -6 for any effects.

And truth be told, even with this downgrade, I feel it is still potentially overpowered, albeit because I allowed a 2nd school at 15th level... but I can understand that someone interested in an Occ VMC will have multiple foci in mind for the theme of their character. However, say they went Divination and Transmutation at 15th level, by 20th level they'd get +6 to attack rolls, +2 for adding race specific Bane or Holy, or anything else to their already maxxed weapon. Not to mention the +6 Strength for the Transmutation Resonant Power.

Occultist VMC could easily be one of the most powerful VMCs for a martial class with these 2 implements... So maybe better to drop the option to gain a 2nd implementation at 15th level. And definitely needing to switch the level stuff to effects rather than qualifications.

Ok, taking another crack at the kineticist, taking on the advice.

Kineticist
A character who chooses kineticist as her secondary class gains the following secondary class features.
Elemental Focus (Su): At 1st level, she gains an elemental focus. She does not gain any additional class skills from this class feature, nor does she automatically gain any wild talents because of this.
Basic Kinesis (Sp): At 3rd level, she gains the basic kinesis utility power associated with her chosen element (basic pyrokinesis for fire, basic telekinesis for aether, so on). For the purpose of using this wild talent, she treats her effective kineticist level as her character level.
Defensive Talent: At 7th level, she gains the defensive wild talent associated with her chosen element. For the purpose of using this wild talent, she treats her effective kineticist level as her character level - 6.
Utility Wild Talent: At 11th level, she a 1st level utility wild talent of her choice. For the purpose of using this wild talent, she treats her effective kineticist level as her character level.
Improved Utility Wild Talent: At 15th level, she gains an additional 1st-level utility wild talent.
Greater Utility Wild Talent: At 19th level, she gains an additional 1st-level utility wild talent.

I would follow the witch VMC in this instance(as the abilities are the most similar) and probably give a 3rd level or lower utility wild talent at 15th and a 5th level or lower one at 19th.

Thats valid. How about this then?

Utility Wild Talent: At 11th level, she a 1st level utility wild talent of her choice. For the purpose of using this wild talent, she treats her effective kineticist level as her character level.
Improved Utility Wild Talent: At 15th level, she gains an additional utility wild talent of 3rd level or lower. This cannot be a wild talent that requires any amount of burn to use.
Greater Utility Wild Talent: At 19th level, she gains an additional utility wild talent of 5th level or lower. This cannot be a wild talent that requires any amount of burn to use.
