Is there a list of scenario requirements?

I was wondering if there is a list somewhere of requirements to run certain scenarios. An example would be having to have so many stars or tables to run it.

Fairly sure only the special ones require 4 or 5 stars. Everything else just needs a legal table, meaning 3 at least 6 normal cap.
