So I am prepping Library of the Lion for a PFS group. I know that the scenario is much more in-depth than a normal scenario, and I am trying to prep the hell out of it to make sure I get everything down. I'm really trying to do my due diligence here.
I'm running into two problems though
The first problem I'm running into is that in the mission briefing, they don't tell the PCs (or even hint) at the books they need. They mention 'the shining crusade' but only in passing, and they don't say anything about the lines of succession text (as far as I can tell.) I don't mean to be a dick, but does the mission briefing really say (basically) "Our benifactor (who we don't directly tell you who it is and could quite easily miss the clues) wants a specific text. We won't tell you what it is, but make sure you get it or you don't get an XP for this session."
Secondly: The other part of the primary success condition is to get 'two of the three shining crusade texts' but they don't say which texts are 'the silver crusade texts.' There are in fact four texts that mention the shining crusade: Enemy analysis, General's logbooks, A silver horn, and Encarthan maps. I assume the three texts are Enemy analysis, general's logbooks, and Encarthan maps, because A silver horn is used for the Taldan (sovern court) faction mission, but I wanted to be sure.
