GameMastery Guide table 5-13 on page 121 is missing entry(ies) for a rolls of 87-89.
For now we're going to reroll it, but perhaps a particular martial weapon is missing?
From what I can tell, the only martial "weapons" in the Core Rulebook but not on this listed are regular, unspiked shields (as per bashing).
Seems to have gone unnoticed for a long time :)
I'm going to toss Earthbreaker in that spot.
