in a completely homebrew setting, my group and i decided to play with all the random stuff (im the gm). so, they had just sorta befriended a person that they don't know much about, as the gm, i know that she is the daughter of the god of storms, and leader of an ancient order of guardians of the world. so soon enough, the group gets thier hands on the deck of many things harrow edition. so one of my characters draws to cards, the first one, forces you to chose between their most valuable item (her beloved warhammer) and a trusted friend, one is destroyed forever. naturaly, she chooses her warhammer, and so killed the daughter of the god of storms. then, the player proceeds to draw the card that summons an eldar air elemental, and if it cant be defeated, sends you to the plane of air. now, an elder elemental was way to powerful, and so, dirrectly after killing his daughter, the player then shows up in the gods home turf. needless to say, this campaign didnt last very long.
ps, one of my other players essentialy got the worse disease in the world. our group isnt exactly lucky.
