Hello, I ordered In Hell's Bright Shadow on Sunday September 6, and it said it was expected to ship in 1 to 7 business days, so I checked again today, and the status says "Originally expected to ship in 1 to 7 business days" but does not offer any updated information on when I can expect it to be shipped. Is there something holding up the order?

After taking a look into your order, it doesn't look like there's anything wrong that would be holding it up, it's just stuck in warehouse traffic. Our warehouse is currently working on wrapping up subscription shipments, but once they've reached your order in the queue there should be no problems sending it out. Once your order has been processed for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know it's on the way.
