DC Heroes game 1986 version / Starbolt Power Question

In the DC Heroes Role Playing game Legion of Super-Heroes Volume 1 Sourcebook they list Wildfire and Pulsar Stargrave as having a power called Starbolt. I cannot find a description of this power anywhere and I'm wondering if anyone here can provide it.

It should be in the 1st edition player's book. The only functional difference between Starbolt and Bio-Energy Blast are a difference in link attribute (STR and BOD, respectively). 2nd edition and beyond replaced both powers with the generic Energy Blast.
