Can alchemist(vivisectionist) create creature?

Homebrew and House Rules

I want to make monodrons and Intellect Devours through the magic science of vivisectionist. Here's my Bio to give you an idea why I am like this.
Varies Daytadae
Even though my parents were nobles, they were vivisectionist. They were cast out from the nobles because they were "weird". I was born in a lab in some remote place in the mountains though I don't remember where. I wasn't coddled, I was experimented on to further advance their knowledge (and my own) in anatomy. After my parents mutated themselves into mindless monsters I had to kill them. Alone and insane, and not used to being alone I went to Synod to find a master to grow in the art of dissection and alchemy. I became Executor Melech's Apprentice, and that's where I stand today. I get bored and my name changes everyday because one name is too boring so most people just call me Varies.

I just want to know if I could and how I could go about it, I was thinking I had a dream/vision of another realm and created my own version just based on looks for the monodrons but the Devours I know what they do because the vision was more prominent and detailed of their workings? Think I could swing it.

Sounds like house rule territory. Certainly there is no way for a vivisectionist to do this under the rules as they stand. (And vivisectionists are banned in Pathfinder society anyway.)

Flagged for move to either the rules or houserules forum.
