When the Pathfinder Society receives an invitation to a dinner party at the Thuvian Embassy, hosted by the guardian of this year's six doses of the infamous sun orchid elixir, the Decemvirate sends a team of Pathfinders to represent them and uncover the nature of the event. Can the PCs navigate the complex social landscape of Absalom's elite and gain access to the mysterious vault known as the Conundrum, or will they face public ridicule or worse in the face of the steepest competition in the Inner Sea?
Please note, this is a VERY role-play heavy scenario. That is not to say all characters must be loaded with face skills; indeed, players may have a lot of fun as the fish-out-of-water character. But either way, there will be a lot of in-character interaction; players in search of a dungeon crawl will be disappointed. If you sign up here, know what you're getting in for: one hell of a dinner party!

Player Name: Aaron
Character Name: Drake
Race/Class/Level: Human Paladin 7
PFS #: 52927-8
Faction: Silver Crusade
Description: Drake is an aging Taldan man who abandoned his decadent life as a noble to become a paladin of Iomedae. He joined the Pathfinder Society after hearing about their upcoming expedition into Mendev to aid the crusade. In his adventures so far, he has had difficulty in learning how to fight properly, but has become quite good at defending himself and his allies, as well as goading his enemies into focusing on him. Although he understands that usually his companions aren't bound to the paladin code like he is, he still stands his own ground on moral issues, and leads others by example.

Cool. Were you planning on playing out-of-tier? It's my first time DMing for PFS, so I wanted to stick to the lower tier, but I'd rather try to take on a higher tier than shut people out or not run at all.

Oh, sorry, I assumed the "5-6" was a typo :-) But he'd be playing out-of-tier whether it's tier 5-6 or 8-9, so it's no problem for me. Let me know if that's a problem.
Also let me know if I can help give you tips on how to set up R20.
Thanks, I appreciate it! I've used r20 before, but for more narrative games, so I'll have to see how my knowledge of it translates to map-based stuff...
