Main page pops up for a second and then vanishes if not logged in IE11

If I'm not logged in when I go to Paizo.com the main page flashes on the screen with this version, and then goes blank (white page) while the thinking/loading symbol (in the address bar, where the X or reload page is) rolls indefinitely. I'm not certain if there is some continuous loop that makes it so that the main page never reappears.

It could be the computers we have...but it may be something dealing with that particular version of IE.

I get that every so often in Chrome even when I am logged in. Both on Windows and Mac.
