Good evening everyone! I am making the details of the 2nd adventure of RotR, and I need your suggestions about this NPC.
My idea was to replace the cleric class levels with inquisitor (infiltrator). I would make the Justice an individual severe but prorer; he cares about the problems of Magnimar, is willing to listen to people's problems and try to bring some justice in the world. And when the PCs arrive in the city, they will find in this elf a valuable ally to find out who sparked the Skinsaw and has directed the twisted undead the on terrified town of Sandpoint.
... But this is a mask of courtesy and kindness that the Justice uses. Indeed, he is a grim inqusitor of Norgorber and the leader of the Skinsaw Man, that administers horrible rituals of murder and flaying, and indicates its cultists who will be the next victims. For the glory of the Father Skinsaw, off course :D And since it is known in Magnimar as a hard-working and respectable magistrate, no one would ever suspect him, especially with its infiltrator class features and inquisitor spells. Obviously, when the PCs meet him to investigate abouts the murders of Magnimar, the Justice will pretend to help them when in fact they tend to an ambush.
Now, this is my first time I use an inquisitor in Pathfinder. Father Skinsaw, the CE aspect of Norgorber, is the patron of murders, I know, but how should I roleplaying this Ironbriar? I don't understand the differences between a cleric in an inquisitor.
Then there are two more questions:
1) Ironbriar is affected by Xanesha's monster charme. This may have a negative impact its relationship with Norgorber? Be a thrall (with perceptions mental altered) of a monster can be considered as "corruption" and risk, therefore, losing its class features?
2) If Ironbriar is released from Xanesha's charm monster spell, and flee from Magnimar, as a inquisitor of Norgorber will could take revenge against the PCs?

I don't think he would lose his inquisitor features any more than he would his cleric ones. Inquisitors don't have a code of conduct/class-power-loss class feature. Changing his class to inquisitor is a good call I think.
As far as seeking revenge, when he got away charm-free in my own game, he didn't seek revenge. He's smart, long-lived and they already beat him once, he can afford to start over somewhere else and keep playing the long game, rather than risk getting killed in a revenge attempt. I'll probably make him a recurring antagonist in as many campaigns as he keeps surviving.

All right, thank you very much! Now i see "Villain Wiki" for "identify" peculiarities of Ironbriar. These are:
*Affably Evil
*Corrupt Official
*Cult Leaders
*Incrimators (well, as said before, the PCs will be deceived by the Justice and this will make them into some ambush; if they survive, Ironbriar will then try to frame them in some way for the murders in Magnimar)
*Master Manipulator/Orator
*Sophisticated
What do you think?

I've just run a good combat at the mill with a Warpriest 8 (Cult Leader archetype) version of Ironbriar. Prior to entering the mill, I let the party make an Int-check to remember that using fire- or electricity-based attacks was not a good idea in a mill (huge explosion risk). This reduced considerably Ironbriar's need for Evasion against Fireball, Lightning Bolt, etc.
He first met the party at the government building in Magnimar when they claimed the bounty on "Redshiv" (the dead body in the skaveling cave underneath Foxglove Manor). By that point, the news of their successes in Sandpoint and Foxglove Manor had reached him in Magnimar, and he wanted to meet them, supposedly to hear about the "star murders" in the Sandpoint region (but really to size them up for elimination). He was rather helpful, arranging for the party to get a 24-hour search warrant for the Foxglove townhouse. (He was hoping that the current inhabitants would kill the party.)

Don't worry about roleplaying him "as an inquisitor" instead of "as a cleric." The class name doesn't really matter. Just roleplay him as you described him: As far as everyone knows, he's a stern and proper champion of justice for the city. But at night, he's the leader of a murder cult.
Roleplay him with that in mind and you're golden.
The Charm Monster spell on him shouldn't affect his relationship with Norgorber. After all, he's still murdering people and running the cult, Norgorber doesn't particularly care how the victims are chosen or why or what happens to their souls once they die, he's just happy that there's some murderin' going on. Probably, you never know with Norgorber. (But that's a different aspect :P )
