Hi again!

Two questions....

Can players keep "Minor" items such as a silver dagger or Masterwork Chain shirt found during an adventure? These items are not on the chronicle sheet so I assume they are classified as "minor"? The rules don't seem too clear on it to me. I assume the players may purchase them as normal?

Second question. I have several players interested in other races not normally allowed. I do realize many could become available with a special chronicle sheet. As there are no special PFS events or cons that run PFS events in my area that I am aware of, are there any senarios I am able to run that would give out these chronicle special sheets?

Thanks!!

Scarab Sages

You don't get to keep anything found during an adventure. It's all given back to the Society, which sells it and gives you your cut. Players may purchase masterwork weapons and armor of special material freely (with some exceptions, like dragon hide being rare enough to require fame).

As far as I know, there are no scenarios that grant new races. Beyond core, tengu, nagaji, kitsunme, and wayyang, the only way to get more races is by the boons found at conventions (although there have been online conventions with boon support before).

Scarab Sages

I forgot another way to get boons: The boon trading thread. I can't link it right now, but it's in Society General Discussion. Cash offers are frowned upon/not allowed, but trading boons for other boons, books, minis and such are allowed.

You could look into arranging a game day with a lot of tables and getting Paizo support for it. Talk to your Venture Officer about the requirements.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

There are also online cons.

Regarding Minor Items found.

You would have to pay the price as if you were buying it normally, but you could "skin" it as "This is the silver dagger I found while..." etc.

Silver Crusade 1/5

The chronicle sheets only notes items that are not always available. Silver daggers, masterwork chain shirts, cold iron longswords etc. are always available.
