Given that these races are legal for any PFS character these days, you'd think Paizo would coordinate making a variety of minis in these races available.
It's been a while since I've looked, so maybe there are some new ones, but last time I looked, there was pretty much nothing for kitsune or nagaji - I never checked the other two. There are various companies with some furry stuff or lizardmen, but not much variety that really goes well with PFS PCs of these races.

Stonehaven just released some tengu in their latest KS.
There are a couple of threads on the miniatures forum (down in the Gamer section, not the Paizo products one we are in) that focus on Kitsune. As for Nagaji, i personally used a reaper dragonman that I had from Bones 1.
I have yet to find any Wayang figures after a couple of years of looking.
Edit: I forgot, Reaper had some Kitsune and Tengu in Bones 3, but we have a bit of a wait for them

There are Tengu in the old D&D Miniatures series.
Quite a few, in fact! (Although most are called Kenku.)
Kenku Sneak (bland)
Kenku Warrior (bland)
Kenku Wing Mage (this one is pretty cool, actually)
Jakaw Razorbeak (specific NPC from S&S AP)
There are no kitsune or wayangs in the PF or (old) D&D lines. There are no nagaji, either, but there are a lot of reptilian humanoids that are close-ish.
Darkforge has some kitsune.
