These are some house rules for monks that I am thinking of adding. Are they a good idea?
* When a monk chooses a monk bonus feat, he can opt to take a style feat instead but meet all the qualifications for it.
* Monks are proficient with all monk weapons.

The bonus feat one is only useful at level 6+, as you will not meet the prerequisites of the style feats at first or second level. At that point if you wanted a style feat you could have gotten it with normal feats.
The monks are proficient with all monk weapons is good, and was official with the unchained monk.
