Was told that a change occurred and my Printed PDF Folio was not longer allowed for rerolls

I have a Purchased PDF Character Folio,which was printed out and bound from Staples, and was told today at a core game, that I was not allowed to use it for rerolls, and I needed to buy the non-PDF version. My PDF, has the required watermarks as posted back in 2013, has there been a recent change to using PDFs with watermarks?

It was never changed, because it was never allowed. If anyone did allow it they weren't supposed to. The Folio has only ever been allowed a reroll if it was a physical bought one, not a pdf.

Guide to PFS Organized Play - pg 27 wrote:

Ok, reckon I count my blessings. Although I find it odd that a purchased watermarked version would not be allowed when, other purchased PDF are allowed for source reference. I know apples and oranges, source vice rerolls. Non-the-less, I ordered mint and non-mint products and I have plenty of shirts. Thanks for the quick response, I also double checked this years PFS Guild and yep it states, no PDF, Photocopy or printout. Hvy sigh
