Reporting Quests

So how do I report quests like Ambush in Absalom ?

From another thread recently I guess the only Quests you can report are those from the Silverhex Chronicles.

Not sure why that is, though.

There's no XP/prestige, so they don't get reported.

Silverhex is the exception, as it does have a XP/prestige award.
