Argh! My Search Fu has deserted me!

I have seen a thread multiple times (referenced in other threads, even) wherein one of the Venture Captains lists out multiple ways to build campaigns using PFS scenarios. Now that I want to implement these ideas, I cannot find it. Am I insane? Did I not see this, in reality?

Please help me, everyone, you're my only hope...
