Maybe I'm just not creative enough to see the benefit of this card. I read the text and all I can think of is, "Why in the world would you WANT this card?"
Help me out. Why in the world would you want this card?
If you explore into a boon you don't want, you can you the wand to explore again. Alternatively, if you explore into a boon someone else wants that you can't reasonably acquire, you can use the wand to evade it so that it goes back in to the location deck. At least, that's how I see it.
