Last night I ordered the Spellstaff: The Magic User's Weapon PDF, the charge went through and I got my receipt email. However, the website went a bit wonky just after that, and this morning I find no record of the order in my order history. Neither is the PDF in my downloads.
I would appreciate any help you can give me in correct this.

This sounds like something that may have gotten mixed up in last night's website troubles. I think I may need to have our tech team take a look and see if they can figure out what went wrong. If you wouldn't mind, could you forward the email you received to customer.service@paizo.com so that I can pass it along to our tech team?
