Can someone layout (or make a sticky) as to how you insert hyperlinks?

Below the text box you type a post in is a line that says "How to format your text." Click on the Show button, and it displays how to insert a hyperlink and other features of the forums.
(Short answer: Type "{url=your.url.here.com}Yadda yadda yadda{/url}", only use square brackets -- [] -- in place of curly.)
