Order #3575952shows as submitted 16 May 2015 and containing a Dungeons Deep case, a gargantuan red dragon, and my subscription AP#24 (twice, as package 1of2 and 2of2). It shows status complete, with the AP copies already shipped and the case & gargantuan red moved to...

Order 3594256 showing as submitted today and containing the minis case and gargantuan red. Status is pending.

This past Wednesday I received notification for Order 3575959, submitted 4 June 2015 and containing only my subscription AP#94 copy (just one this time). Status showing as complete.

I just wanted to make sure there wasn't some kind of glitch, especially with regard to the subscription AP copy. From the looks of these orders, it seems like I was charged three times for it. Also, I'm not sure how my minis order ended up in my sidecart to begin with. I don't recall placing it there, although my computer has been glitching lately...

Anyway, if y'all could kindly clear up any confusion, I'd appreciate it.

Hi there Aberzombie,

It looks like our system was trying to split things up in a weird way. Your AP has already been shipped, and your Dungeons Deep case + Red Dragon are in suborders of the same order. I'm not really sure why it decided to do that, but I'll go ahead and consolidate those two. Once I've got them both together, I'll send you an updated (and hopefully less confusing) confirmation email.

Since your AP should probably not have gone out by itself, I will go ahead and refund that shipping price back to your account in store credit. You should see that show up in just a few moments.
