There are a few things that aren't adding up in this order and I thought I'd ask for manual review.

First, the total of the things in the order doesn't add up to the subtotal at the top. I think this is because of the Path of War that got merged onto here, but I thought because of the second point I'd verify.

Second, I think I was charged twice for the WotR class deck, once with just pathfinder advantage and once with the ACG subscriber discount. I correctly got only one of them.

Hello Berinor,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a peek into the order, and it seems that the bundle for Path of War didn't charge correctly. What I've done is to refund the cost of the second Character Add-On Deck, which looks like it was added to your order by mistake.

I'll go ahead and manually charge the remainder of the total to your card, which should be $68. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have, and I'll be glad to help.

Hi Katina,

I think the version of the order you're looking at includes the Sword of Air. It didn't make it into this package and is still in my sidecart. I think that accounts for the $68 discrepancy you calculated (84.99 for SoA minus 16.99 for the add-on deck) and shouldn't be charged now as it will be charged when that is actually sent.

Hello again,

Looks like you are right! My brain is still recovering from PaizoCon and I totally read the order wrong. Sorry for the confusion! I'll go ahead and reverse that $68, and the bundle should charge when the physical book is shipped out.

For the refund of the Character Add-On, I'll just go ahead and put that on your account as store credit, and you should be able to use it on any of your future orders. You should see that credit show up on your account momentarily.

I waited a bit, but I don't think the store credit has hit my account yet. Is there another step I should be taking?

Thanks for letting us know! I'm not sure exactly what was going on in our system, but the store credit was stuck on that same order. I think I was able to wiggle it free, so you should now see a total of $113.60 in Store Credit on your account.
