Are the inquisition in ultimate magic pfs legal? I been searching all morning and can't find an answer.

You'll find that the entry for Ultimate Magic on the Additional Resources page leads off with the following: "The following are NOT legal for play:" As one of the options not listed, those inquisitions are legal in the organized play campaign.
