Paying for spellcasting services

I have an idea for a Magus (Eldritch Scion)/Rogue... My question is this

Can you pay for the casting of a race-specific spells (specifically, Mudball. A Society Legal Spell [if you are a goblin]) into a Ring of Spell Knowledge?

Because if I can figure out a way to Spell Combat Mudball/Normal Attack and gain sneak attack from it...that'd be fantastic...

If you have a Goblin race boon, sure.

If not, no.

(and, technically, this would fall more into the PFS-specific category of questions, since it involves Additional Resources, so I'll flag it for the PFS forum)
